Reconstitution
Preparing your peptide solution.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Clean the rubber stopper of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with a fresh alcohol swab. Allow to air dry for 10 seconds.
Draw the prescribed amount of bacteriostatic (BAC) water into the syringe as specified on your protocol card.
Insert the needle into the peptide vial at an angle and inject the BAC water slowly down the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder.
Remove the syringe. Do not shake the vial. Gently swirl or roll it between your palms until the powder dissolves completely.
Inspect the solution. It should be clear and colorless. Do not use it if the solution is cloudy, discolored, or contains visible particles.
Store the reconstituted peptide upright in the refrigerator at 2–8°C (36–46°F). Do not freeze.
Use within the timeframe specified on your protocol card, typically 28–30 days after reconstitution.
Subcutaneous injection
All Elyvate protocols are administered subcutaneously — not intravenously.
Choose your injection site as directed by your physician — typically the abdomen 2 inches from the navel, or the outer thigh.
Clean the injection site with a fresh alcohol swab and allow it to dry.
Draw the prescribed dose from the reconstituted vial into a fresh syringe.
Pinch a fold of skin at the injection site with your non-dominant hand.
Insert the needle at a 45° angle for lean individuals or 90° angle if you have more subcutaneous tissue. Inject slowly and steadily.
Remove the needle and apply gentle pressure to the injection site with a clean swab. Do not rub.
Immediately dispose of the used needle and syringe in your sharps container. Never recap or reuse needles.

If you experience severe pain, swelling, redness, or systemic symptoms after injection, stop use and seek medical attention.
